Find your way around

The manual follows the same structure as the left-hand menu inside Lekhapal, so whatever you are looking at on screen has a matching page here.

  • Point of Sale — the counter workflow, from item selection to printed invoice.
  • Sales — quotation → sales order → invoice → payment.
  • Purchase — purchase order → bill → payment, plus expenses and returns.
  • Accounting — where every transaction above lands in your books.
  • Inventory — products, stock movement, manufacturing and master data.
  • CRM — parties, leads and deals.
  • Loyalty — points, rewards and repeat customers.
  • Human Resources — employees, attendance, leave and payroll.
  • Online Store — e-commerce orders, payments and settings.
  • Reports — the full report catalogue, grouped by category.
  • Administration — roles, users, settings, files and your subscription.

Search is the fastest route

Press the search box in the top bar and type what you are looking for — "credit note", "trial balance", "bounced cheque". The manual is fully indexed.

About this manual

This manual documents Lekhapal Retail. Screens are captured from a live retail account, so small differences are expected: the modules you can see depend on your subscription plan and on the role assigned to your user.

Amounts throughout the examples are in Nepalese Rupees (Rs.).
