Online Store
The Online Store module lets you run e-commerce from the same system that holds your books. Products, inventory, orders and payments are connected, so an online sale behaves exactly like a counter sale: stock falls, revenue is recorded, and the customer balance updates.
Online Store → Ecommerce
Orders
The Orders section shows every order received from the online store.
It helps you:
- track incoming online orders,
- view order details — customer, items, amount,
- manage order status: pending, confirmed, delivered,
- process and fulfil orders.
Fulfilled orders become sales in the normal way, so they appear alongside counter and invoiced sales in the Sales reports.
Payments
Online payments received against store orders, and their status. Each payment lands in the bank or cash account configured for that payment method, and is reconciled against the order.
Settings
Store configuration — how the storefront behaves, which payment methods are offered, and how orders are handled.
Publishing products to the store
Products are not published automatically. On each product, under Sales channels, turn on Ecommerce. The product list shows an Online store card with a running count of published items, and a globe icon in the Channels column of every published product.
One catalogue, several channels
POS, the online store and the QR menu are three switches on the same product record — not three catalogues. Change a price once and it changes everywhere it is published.
Plan availability
The Online Store is plan-dependent. Check My Subscription to see whether it is included in yours.
