System Reports
Two reports for administrators, covering system activity rather than business activity.
| Report | In one line |
|---|---|
| Activity Log | Document and record changes |
| User Log | User sign-in and action log |
Activity Log
Records changes and activity against documents and records in the system.

Why it matters. Lekhapal voids rather than deletes, and the Activity Log is the other half of that audit trail: it shows what was changed, when, and by whom.
Use it when a figure has moved and nobody knows why.
User Log
Records user sign-ins and user activity.

It gives administrators visibility into
- user login activity,
- what each user has been doing.
Together with Roles & Permissions, this is how you verify that access is being used as intended.
Review these periodically
The most common use for these reports is not investigating a problem — it is noticing one. A monthly glance at who is signing in, and what is being edited after approval, is worth the five minutes.
